AXC is open to Junior Advanced Course graduates.
The course lasts for 3 years and is the last in the Junior Courses pathway.
Lessons continue in JAC style with a group lesson and an individual lesson each week.
By the end of this course, students will be studying at the highest student levels: Yamaha Grade syllabus - Grades 7 or 6. (The next stage is Grade 5 Piano and Fundamentals, the qualifying examinations for Yamaha teachers.) Students will have attained a very high level of musicianship by this stage: several of our graduates have reported that they find A level Music requirements 'a breeze'!
